My new favorite drink
I have been really trying to cut back on sugar the last week or so, and it has definitely paid off. I have lost a few pounds just by doing it. I always struggle with what to drink in my house. I love 1/2 sweet, 1/2 unsweet tea, but other than that (and a good glass of wine) I really am stumped. I am not a soda drinker, but I did find this great recipe for a non-alcoholic mimosa that I revamped to my liking, and boy do I love it!
Here it is:
Sparkling water (like Perrier)
1 slice of lime
1 slice of lemon
3 leaves of fresh mint
splash of Crystal Light Lemonade (or just a little Splenda)
Yum!
