Husband = Personal Shopper

Last weekend my husband and I dropped the kids off to spend the night at Grandma's while we had a much needed night out. We went to dinner and shopped at a local mall. My husband has been bugging me to buy some new clothes - yes, you heard me right. I am not a shopper when I know I need to lose 15 lbs., but my husband insisted we at least "look". So we wandered into a large department store known to keep petite sizes and off he went. For as long as I have known him, he always picks out the best clothes for me. As a matter of fact, if I had $1,000 to spend on clothes, I would give it to him to shop for me. So while I was in the dressing room trying on the first few things we found, he kept finding stuff. The funniest thing was the sales girl. She would walk into the fitting area and say "uh, ma'am, I think your husband found more things for you to try on. Do you want me to bring them to you?" She later informed me how cute she thought that was. I finally had to tell him to stop - the store was closing. I later was telling my friend about this and she said that it was her ultimate fantasy to have her husband do that! I admit, I am blessed to have a husband like the one I have. It was a great night and I wound up with a lot of great clothes!
